Modern 4-Tier Kids Bookcase for Playroom with Toy Storage

This is such a cool item. It's wood all the way round (even the backing) so this makes it heavier than other items that are fiber board with a cardboard backing, but I don't mind that with something this size. It comes with all kinds of tools and extra bolts, etc. It was designed to fit together and does so without issue (no missing holes, etc.). It is very functional, able to fit my cook books, DVDS, and my DVD/CD cases (the zip ones that can hold two DVDs in a vertical row), etc.It is sturdy and exactly what I needed for the small space I needed it in.

I don’t usually write reviews for products I’ve purchased but this bookcase deserves a 5-star review. I must have assembled over 100 pieces of furniture in my life, and this bookcase was the best self-build yet. Right off the bat, there was a note offering free returns for 30 days and free replacement parts for 3 months. Obviously they stand behind their product. The instructions were easy to follow. The parts were all perfectly labeled and pre-drilled. The details were great. Screw color matched the wood. Built in two parts with a sturdy connection. Adjustable shelves with metal shelf pegs that screw in securely. Extra parts for convenience. A drill bit to use for the screws. An extra screwdriver and Allen key. Wall straps. And even stickers to cover the metal nuts so the colors all match. I was exhausted when I started building this at 10 pm and it was not frustrating at all. Size and storage were just as described. Also, great value compared to many I looked at. I highly recommend this product.

This bookcase had the exact measurements I was searching for to fit my small space. I bought a total of 3 and they're quite sturdy and easy to build. They include additional tools and materials for you if you want to secure the bookcase to the wall.The backing isn't a flimsy cardboard, but an actual side of the bookcase, so my things were able to fit neatly instead of pushing back against the cardboard and ruin a good square space.The manual is very informative and informs you to be careful and evident in making sure you will be ok. The manual comes in a sturdy plastic zip bag, and includes good quality gloves (which helped my hands a lot), stickers for covering the screw holes once you finish building, and all the tools and materials you need to assemble this bookcase.The shelves are adjustable and fit in nicely once you tighten all the screws when you finish assembling.Customer service from the company is fast and helpful. They're very friendly and hope to solve your problem well.TIP: Don't fully tighten the screws on the right and left side of the bookcase until you finish fitting in the backing and shelves. Leave a few centimeters so there's room for you to fit those pieces in, and then tighten them so they fit snugly.Summary:- Easy to build.- Good measurements for small spaces.- Has tools and materials to secure to the wall if you need.- Backing is NOT cardboard, it's an actual sturdy side of the bookcase.- Manual is very informative and detailed, read it carefully. I have built my fair share of book cases/cabinets over the years. I had to write a review because I always read them before making a choice on what to buy. The back was solid wood, not some coated cardboard that barely fits. Texture and paint are well done. It came with the small elbow hex tool, but also a hex bit for my drill that made assembly so easy! All the tools you need to assemble and good instructions. It took me about a hour for me start to finish. I like how adjustable the shelves are. I needed many small spaces, not a few large ones. The parts are sturdy and it easily fit together, nothing was offset. The holes for the pins that hold the shelves are not simply holes, they are lined with a metal threads for a secure fit. It is SO well built and I am very impressed, especially for the price. I wish I could buy all my assemble yourself furniture from them!

These are great! I live in a very small space and storage is important. Both of these fit wedged in the smallest areas of my kitchen and afford me lots of places to put cat food cans, my spices, cookbooks, dried beans, and even my water pitcher. They're a little pricey but the quality is good, so it's worth it. It was easy to assemble, just pay close attention to which ends are up. Even though it doesn't look like it's important, it is, as there are two pieces that have to be attached on top of one another. Not super easy to do if your disabled because they're heavy, but it can be done!
