Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!

Okay this will be my review. So I'm doing this with voice to type because I only have one arm. It doesn't work very well if I try to type. I do have an arm but it doesn't. It doesn't work very well at all. Anyway, I assembled the chair by myself unpackaged it myself. It was very simple to do. It was hard for me. Yes I'll admit if I had two hands it would be a breeze but I did get it put together. Got everything all hooked up. It is very comfortable. It works like a charm. One person said that the chair seemed to be slow. Well it is for a person who may be old or possibly handicapped or disabled so I think the chair is just perfect. All the adjustments are just great. All the vibrations, the heat. Everything is perfect. It's very comfortable. I can sleep in this chair if I want to and I don't feel like going straight to bed it's very comfortable. It matches my couches. It is perfect. It is very comfortable. Everything works perfect. It seems to be durable. I have the I believe it is the corduroy type one. It is. It's great! The price was unbelievable. Some chairs people want 800 $400. This was a very good price. I wasn't know what I was going to get. I took a gamble because I don't have much money with my social security disability. So I saved for this chair and I am very happy with this chair. You can't go wrong as far as I'm concerned. I am very happy and please so to the manufacturer. Thank you! It has made my life easier for setting down and being comfortable and properly propping up. My leg which sometimes swells very bad. got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair.we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer.took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy.on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response!as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out!def consider it as an option when shopping around

For the price it's a good chair, if you want to slide out of the chair like it's leather forget it but it's an adjustment, the only thing I have bad to say about this chair at this moment is they should have found some way on either armrest to put a band sewn in so you don't lose your phone if you leave it on the arm and most importantly the chair controls! I have lost these suckers so many times it's not funny and that is my only solution but I can't find a way to make the controls stay within my reach quite annoying and be prepared

Works very well for my father who has issues getting in and out of chairs because of medical condition. We don't use the heat or vibrating (I left unattached) so can't comment on those.My father is severely mobility limited and depends on a walker. He is about 200 lbs. and currently around 5'9" (6' when younger). He loves the chair and comments on how comfortable it is. This is his primary chair that he sits on for hours per day. He uses both the reclining position to elevate his legs and the lift portion to help him stand up.Assembly is relatively easy if you are used to assembling furniture. However, the main party (middle chair with motor and frame) is pretty heavy. You will likely either need help to move it out need someone with a strong back.The chair was delivered in two different boxes, one very heavy. One box has the main unit (middle section with rails, motor, middle chair section). The other box has the backrest, upper, and lower sides.We have only used it for one week, but hope it lasts a long time.
